19:October:2012 16:00hrs : Yesterday evening we bought Chevrolet Beat (Internationally Spark Creative model). They kept me waiting for 3 hours to say that Chevrolet Orange accessories and spares concerned department is under staffed and its better I get the work done outside or later on some day if I want at the same place. When called the GM of Orange motors, he initially says he is unaware of anything but when the phone was handed over to his subordinate he warns him for allowing access to reach him. The voices of personnel saying they are understaffed and other details is also available and can be produced on need.
Why shouldn't I approach the consumer forum for indecent and rude attitude by the workshop personnel by ignoring my presence for 4 hours now (16:28) and also for the reason that my right being denied after making the initial payment ?
