I am associated with Human Action for Rural Development (HARD) since almost eight years now (July/2011). My work is basically inclusive of necessary documentation and field level activities so as to ensure effective implementation of projects the Ngo takes up. My association is mostly unpaid voluntary work and some times I am paid honorarirum by the NGO.
 
Recently I am working extensively at the NGO to start an Home for the Aged for the under previlaged and vulnerable senior citizens of Hyderabad city, India. As a part of this project, I have been meeting like minded people who are already running Old Age Homes successfully in the region. I decided to record my experiences and share them through  the website www.ageingsamachar.org
